Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before enrolling in or accessing any course offered through the Celebration International Ministries online learning platform (“Platform”). By enrolling in a course, creating an account, or accessing any course content, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, do not enroll in or access any courses.
2. Course Enrollment and Access
Free Courses. Certain courses on the Platform are offered at no charge. Access to free courses is granted upon account registration and enrollment, subject to these Terms.
Paid Courses. Certain courses require payment prior to enrollment. Access to paid course content is granted only after successful payment is confirmed. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the student.
Account Registration. You must create an account to enroll in courses. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Access Period. Unless otherwise stated at the time of enrollment, course access is provided on a lifetime basis for the individual enrolled student. Course content may be updated, modified, or removed at the sole discretion of Celebration International Ministries.
3. Payment
All payments for paid courses are processed through our third-party payment processor. By submitting payment, you authorize Celebration International Ministries to charge the stated amount to your chosen payment method. You agree to provide accurate and current billing information.
Celebration International Ministries does not store your full credit card details. Payment processing is governed by the payment processor’s own terms of service and privacy policy.
4. No Refund Policy
All course enrollments and purchases are final. Celebration International Ministries does not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any course enrollment, whether paid or free, under any circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to, situations where:
- You are unable to complete the course
- You are dissatisfied with the course content
- You purchased the course in error
- Technical difficulties prevented access
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing content you have paid for, please contact us at the information provided in Section 14 and we will work to resolve the issue.
By completing your enrollment, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content — including but not limited to video lessons, audio recordings, written materials, study guides, downloadable resources, graphics, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of Celebration International Ministries or its licensed content creators and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any course content in any form
- Share your login credentials to allow others to access your enrolled courses
- Record, screenshot, or capture course materials for distribution
- Use course content for commercial purposes
- Create derivative works from course materials without prior written permission
Personal, non-commercial use for your own spiritual growth and study is permitted.
6. User Conduct
You agree to engage with the Platform and all course communities in a manner consistent with Christian principles of respect, integrity, and edification. You agree not to:
- Post or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Disrupt or interfere with the Platform or other users’ experience
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform
- Use the Platform for any commercial solicitation or spam
- Impersonate any person or entity
Celebration International Ministries reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for conduct that violates these Terms or that we deem, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the community.
7. Course Content Disclaimer
The courses offered on this Platform are provided for educational, spiritual enrichment, and ministry development purposes. While we strive to ensure accuracy and biblical soundness, course content reflects the teaching perspective of Celebration International Ministries and its instructors.
Nothing in any course constitutes professional legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. You should seek qualified professional counsel for specific matters in those areas.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and all course content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Celebration International Ministries does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that course content will meet your specific learning objectives or expectations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Celebration International Ministries, its leadership, staff, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any course content — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim, or $50.00, whichever is greater.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at celebrationministries.com/privacy-policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Modifications to Terms and Courses
Celebration International Ministries reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
We also reserve the right to modify, update, discontinue, or remove any course or course content at any time without notice or liability.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
